EID is participating in the Combined Naval Event (CNE) 2026, one of the leading international forums dedicated to naval and maritime defence, taking place in Farnborough, UK.
Representing EID on-site are Sales Managers Michela Cressotti and Lúcio Alexandre Vieira, who are engaging with key stakeholders, partners and representatives from the international naval sector.
Through its participation, EID is showcasing its portfolio of advanced naval communications solutions, highlighting capabilities designed to support operational effectiveness, interoperability and secure communications in maritime environments. Particular emphasis is being placed on the company’s OceanEX capabilities and technologies developed to address the evolving needs of modern naval operations.
The first day of the event was marked by several meetings and networking opportunities with international defence stakeholders, reinforcing EID’s position as a trusted partner in naval communications and maritime defence technologies.
Participation in international events such as CNE continues to play an important role in EID’s internationalisation strategy, providing opportunities to strengthen relationships with naval customers and industry partners, while demonstrating the technological capabilities of the Portuguese defence industry on a global stage.
