YOUR ROLE

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Sales Executive at EID, you will be responsible for driving business growth with assigned prospects, defining and executing sales strategies to achieve order intake objectives. This role involves identifying and winning new sales opportunities, leading commercial campaigns, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. YOUR ROLE
- Act as the main point of contact with the client for project management

As a Logistics Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations: managing the end-to-end flow of materials from reception to delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll serve as a critical link in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
YOUR ROLE
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare supplies for clients (picking and packing), ensuring shipment accuracy. Ensure transport arrangements whenever necessary
- Inventory Management: Participate in periodic inventories and stock counts. Operate load handling equipment (stackers, electric pallet jacks, etc.)
- Goods Reception & Processing: Receive and label all articles from acquisitions (Purchase Orders) in the system and ensure complete computerized processing. Verify article integrity and packaging, checking for violations, damages, and other relevant quality aspects according to current regulations. Confirm that received articles match the original acquisition order and issue necessary documents for other involved departments
- Documentation & Reporting: Submit receipt invoices of received material to Administrative and Finance Direction (when applicable). Provide management indicator information with required periodicity or whenever necessary
- Transport Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on insurance needs and transport scheduling for delivery and collection. Register and coordinate transport processes, ensuring deadlines and most cost-effective solutions

As a Contracts Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations: managing contracts across their full lifecycle while ensuring legal compliance and protecting company interests. You’ll serve as a critical link between business development, supply chain, project management, and legal stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Ensure that contracts with both domestic and international customers, suppliers, and partners comply with minimum commercial and legal terms and the group’s corporate guidelines. Manage effective contract execution through the lifecycle, from the issue of internal authorization through to contract closure, including the contractual relationship with clients and suppliers throughout the life cycle of projects. Manage the preparation of responses to contract conditions and support of the request for bid approvals at both EID’s departmental and Cohort levels.
- Negotiation & Advisory: Support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners, reviewing contract terms and conditions leading to contract award and acceptance, by liaising (handover) with the business development, supply chain team, and project management teams. Formulate and obtain internal approval for all agreements to be entered into as prime or sub-contractor, and to review and recommend the entry into all contractual commitments with customers on behalf of EID. Collaborate with the different departments to negotiate favourable terms, driving cost efficiencies without compromising quality or service levels. Provide general commercial legal advice on contractual issues.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and identify legal risks and develop strategies to address and mitigate them. Support for resolving contractual disputes, facilitating resolution in a timely manner. Manage contractual risks, variations, and claims.
- Legal & Compliance: Compare, adjust, and apply preferred legal drafting to standard and non-standard EID Agreements. Support EID’s compliance and other legal tasks, including liaising with legal firms.
WHAT YOU´LL BRING
Education: University Degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, Management, or similar
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract management, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience supporting project teams throughout contract execution
- Experience managing contractual risks, variations, and claims, and working with different teams
- Experience with international commercial or construction contracts
- Experience in the maritime or defence sector is desirable

WHAT YOU´LL DO
We are seeking an experienced Lead Test Engineer for an interesting defense project. In this role, you will lead test planning, design, and tool selection efforts, establishing the standards and procedures that guide all testing activities. You will coordinate closely with the Purchaser on test support requirements and manage Contractor test resources to ensure successful project delivery.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Direct test planning, design, and tools selection: Define the overall testing strategy and select appropriate tools and methodologies for the project. Plan overall project activities, including validation of technical requirements against the established test catalog
- Establish guidelines for test procedures and reports: Create standardized frameworks that ensure consistency and quality across all testing activities
- Coordinate directly with the Client during technical visits to EID, creating and executing integration tests under their observation
- Coordinate with the Purchaser on test support requirements, ensuring alignment on expectations, scope, and deliverables
- Manage Contractor test resources: Oversee testing teams, allocate responsibilities, and monitor performance to meet project milestones
WHAT YOU´LL BRING
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the design and execution of information systems tests. Working knowledge of Jira, specifically the Xray test management module (considered a strong plus).
- Domain Knowledge: Radio communications, satellite systems, network communications, and information architecture.
- Domain Experience: Demonstrated experience with deployable systems – familiarity with systems that are configured, integrated, and deployed in operational environments.

As a Sourcing Buyer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, developing and maintaining a robust supplier network, and leading strategic sourcing initiatives. You will negotiate framework agreements, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive cost optimization while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure the timely supply of materials and equipment required to support business operations and strategic projects.

- Lead sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories, managing supplier selection, qualification, negotiation, and performance
- Negotiate pricing agreements, delivery terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and framework contracts to ensure competitive and sustainable supply solutions

- Experience applying Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodologies and analyzing supplier cost structures

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for 3 versatile Software Engineers to work across the full stack of secure systems. This role is unique: you will develop high-level C# Desktop Applications for user interaction while building low-level, hardened C/C++ code for Linux (Yocto) and RTOS. You will play a key role in protecting mission-critical data.
WHAT YOU´LL DO
- Full-Stack Embedded Development: Design and maintain secure C/C++ applications across Windows (Visual Studio), Linux (Eclipse), and RTOS
- Modern User Interfaces: Develop robust C#/.NET desktop applications (WPF/WinForms) for system monitoring, configuration, and secure data visualization
- System Hardening: Build and secure Yocto-based Linux distributions, ensuring a minimal attack surface and protected boot cycles
