Pretendemos Recrutar um Técnico de Compras (m/f) para as seguintes tarefas:

  • Processar pedidos de compra das equipas e enviar Pedidos de Cotação a fornecedores;
  • Negociar com fornecedores as condições comerciais (preço, prazos de pagamento e prazos de entrega);
  • Garantir o processo de aprovação das encomendas em conformidade com as normas em vigor;
  • Estabelecer contactos com os fornecedores na procura de melhores condições comerciais quer em termos de preço, prazos de entrega e condições de pagamento.
  • Emitir, processar e fazer o seguimento das Ordens de Compras, garantindo as condições acordadas;
  • Reportar aos originadores dos pedidos de compra internos, sempre que necessário ou solicitado, o status das compras efetuadas;
  • Efetuar “Procurement” nos mercados nacional e internacional de produtos e fornecedores, de modo a otimizar a relação custo/qualidade e prazos de entrega das compras da empresa;
  • Garantir a qualificação de fornecedores que constam no painel de fornecedores;
  • Assegurar o serviço de tráfego ligado a aquisições, importações e exportações (quer operacional quer documental);
  • Elaborar relatórios da atividade da área de compras;
  • Garantir a conformidade dos processos e procedimentos para aquisição de bens e serviços.

REQUISITOS:

  • Habilitações mínimas ao nível do 12º ano de escolaridade, sendo preferencial a conclusão de Licenciatura;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
  • Fluência em Inglês falado e escrito;
  • Conhecimentos de ERP (Modulo de Compras);
  • Experiência em processos de compra, tais como: RFQ, RFI, MOQ’s, Incoterms, Análise de Propostas, Pesquisa de Mercado.

We intend to recruit a Software Engineer (m/f) to perform the following functions:

 OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

  • Higher education in Computer Engineering or related areas;
  • Solid knowledge and experience in software development with C, C++, .NET/C# and Java;
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies
  • Experience in using MS Visual Studio and Eclipse IDEs;
  • Good expression skills in Portuguese and English, spoken and written

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Cyber-physical systems, real-time OS and hardware protocols (e.g. USB, I2C, SPI)
  • TCP/IP networks and VoIP protocols
  • Cloud integration protocols

  • Hardware development for communications systems;
  • Development of real-time processing software (dedicated/embedded systems);
  • Design of electrical diagrams and CAD-PCB follow-up;
  • Drafting of technical documentation;
  • Systems integration and testing;
  • Possibility to develop solutions and products since the conception stage up to the final product.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

  • Integrated Masters on Electrical Engineering with focus on electronics/telecommunications/digital systems/robotics;
  • Knowledge of programming languages (C#, C++, VHDL);
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux);
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and execute the RFQ/RFP/RFI proposal response plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Deveolpment, Research & Development, Financial, Supply Chain teams, etc).
  • Build costing model and budget by gathering inputs for technical team from multi-disciplinary contributors;
  • Update and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports;
  • When required, serve as an integral member of the negotiating team on major sales;
  • Risk tracking and risk management throughout the tender bid process;
  • Timely drafting of commercial letters (low complexity);
  • Ensure high quality, compliant and timely delivery of competitive tender bids;
  • Provide support and assistance to other Business and Proposal Developers in the delivery of assigned opportunities.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

  • S in Engineering or related areas;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role with proven experience in building commercial and technical proposals;
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Experience of working with technical & complex products;
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language. Spanish is a Plus;
  • Knowledge in Defense/Government market (preferably);
  • Travel availability (national and abroad).

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead projects to identify new business opportunities and target customers and work to make them happen;
  • Lead commercial and marketing activities to build and develop a robust pipeline in order to increase sales;
  • Understanding customer’s challenges and requirements and building a solution from the EID’s products & solution that meets their needs;
  • Build and develop proposals, in coordination with EID’s Research & Development Team, to ensure best technical and commercial solution;
  • Lead meetings/negotiations and deal closing with business stakeholders;
  • Build partnerships with companies, distributors, agents or representatives to enhance the growth of the company’s business
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to customers and potential customers;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Staying up to date with market changes by growing your network and prospecting;
  • Lead strategic initiatives across the organization, explore new markets and assess disruptive business models and routes to market.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

  • Bachelor degree in electronic engineer or similar;
  • 3 – 4 years in a business development / sales role;
  • Experience working with technical & complex products;
  • Experience in selling in an international context;
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language;
  • Knowledge in Defense/Government market (preferably);
  • Availability to travel national and abroad.
