Rafael Alhinho shares his experience working across teams at EID

After working in production and later joining the CAD/CAM team, Rafael Alhinho has experienced first-hand how different areas contribute to the development of complex technological solutions.
“It has been a very enriching experience. It allowed me to better understand how the company works in different areas, while complementing and strengthening my work as an electronic CAD designer.”
Developing complex solutions
Within the CAD/CAM team, precision and attention to detail are essential. One of the projects Rafael highlights is the development of EIDCOM 701, particularly the UT-H Carrier PCB project.
According to him, this project represented an important technical challenge.
“It led me to develop a PCB with a high level of technical complexity, which contributed significantly to my professional growth and development.”
Although the project is currently in its final stages, Rafael believes it has strong potential for the future.
“I believe it will have a very positive impact on the business, both because of the technical innovation involved and because of its potential to respond to new market needs.”
