On July 9, 2025, EID took part in the Defence Attachés’ Industry Day, held at the historic Fort of São Julião da Barra, in Portugal. The event was organised by idD Portugal Defence, with the support of the Portuguese Joint Staff (EMGFA).

This initiative brought together representatives from the Portuguese Defence Technological and Industrial Base and Defence Attachés accredited in Portugal, aiming to strengthen international cooperation and promote national technological capabilities.

EID had the opportunity to deliver a brief institutional presentation and to engage in bilateral meetings with several foreign Defence Attachés. These interactions enabled EID to showcase its expertise in tactical communications and mission-critical systems, while reinforcing its commitment to innovation, technological sovereignty, and international collaboration.

It was an amazing opportunity to connect with Defence Attachés and engage in invaluable discussions, all while surrounded by the rich history of this iconic national place.
