It achieved the \u201cArmy Tested\u201d and \u201cCombat Proven\u201d certifications from the Portuguese Army. Deliveries will start in 2019 and will go through to 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Offering high performance across portable, vehicular and stationary applications, the PRC-525 tactical radio can also be installed in mobile shelters. Among other features, it covers HF, VHF and UHF bands with a single piece of equipment. Thanks to sophisticated and secure waveforms, the radio may seamlessly be integrated into secure, high performance tactical communications networks.<\/p>\n<p>EID Managing Director Ant\u00f3nio Marcos Lopes said: \u201cEID has a long tradition in the development and deployment of flexible, sophisticated and reliable tactical communications systems.
