Connecting Talent and Opportunity: EID at the ATEC Business Fair 2026<\/strong><\/h1>\n

How do you truly connect with the next generation of talent?
\nNot just through job postings or presentations, but by meeting them where they are \u2014 curious, eager, and ready to explore real-world opportunities.<\/p>\n

This was the driving force behind EID\u2019s presence at the 9th edition of the ATEC Business Fair<\/a>, held on March 26 at the Volkswagen Autoeuropa Industrial Park in Palmela.<\/p>\n

Bridging Education and Industry<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The ATEC Business Fair is more than an exhibition. It is a platform that brings students, recent graduates, and companies together, fostering direct interaction and real dialogue. The event provides a unique environment for exploring career paths, internships, and emerging trends in the professional world.<\/p>\n

For EID, participating in the Fair is a chance to strengthen ties with young talent, showcase ongoing projects, and highlight the opportunities that exist within the company \u2014 particularly in Engineering fields such as Hardware, Software, and Mechanical Engineering.<\/p>\n

Engaging with students in person creates an entirely different dynamic. According to Mariana Marques, People & Culture Manager, one of the EID representatives at the stand:<\/p>\n

\u201cBeing here allows us to share real experiences from our projects, answer questions, and inspire students to see how their skills can make a difference. It\u2019s one thing to read about opportunities \u2014 it\u2019s another to experience them firsthand.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Francisco Bastos, Systems Engineer, also present at the Fair, adds:<\/p>\n

Returning to the Fair after last year\u2019s successful participation, EID once again emphasized its commitment to nurturing future professionals and bridging the gap between education and industry.<\/p>\n
