How do you truly test innovation?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Not in theory, but in real-world conditions, shaped by constraints, complexity, and diverse perspectives.<\/p>\n

This was the driving force behind EID\u2019s recent collaboration with ISCTE Executive Education<\/span><\/span><\/a>, for a deep-dive session within the Postgraduate Program in Agile Project and Business Management<\/a> na ISCTE \u2013 Instituto Universit\u00e1rio de Lisboa<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Participants were challenged to apply agile methodologies to a real Defence sector case: an environment where precision, reliability, and security are critical.<\/p>\n

By opening a real business challenge to external participants, EID deliberately exposed its processes to new ways of thinking, alternative approaches, and critical questioning.<\/p>\n

One of the most compelling aspects of this experience was seeing agile methodologies applied to a sector traditionally associated with rigid structures and strict control.<\/p>\n
