The International Women\u2019s Day, celebrated yesterday worldwide, is a moment to recognise achievements, reflect on progress, and highlight the vital contribution of women across industries.<\/p>\n

At EID, we marked this day by celebrating the women who are part of our team – professionals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and talents, who contribute daily to the growth of the organisation, the success of our projects, and the collaborative spirit that defines our company.<\/p>\n

For many, their journey with EID spans decades. Some of our colleagues have been part of the company for more than 38 years – a testament not only to their dedication and professionalism, but also to the strong sense of trust and belonging built over time. Their knowledge and commitment continue to shape the organisation and inspire the next generation of talent.<\/p>\n

These women also reflect a powerful truth: the defence industry thrives thanks to ambitious, determined, and resilient women. Their expertise, innovation, and drive are essential to advancing projects, pushing boundaries, and shaping the sector\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

In a fast-paced and demanding sector like defence, we also believe it is crucial to pause and reflect on self-care. In this spirit, we offered our employees a small wellness kit – a symbolic gesture to remind everyone of the importance of looking after themselves amid daily challenges.<\/p>\n

More than the kit itself, the message is clear: we value the people who make EID what it is, and we recognise the importance of their wellbeing.<\/p>\n
