At EID, this cross-functional experience plays an important role in strengthening collaboration and knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"793\">After working in <strong data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"621\">production<\/strong> and later joining the <strong data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"660\">CAD\/CAM team<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"680\">Rafael Alhinho<\/strong> has experienced first-hand how different areas contribute to the development of complex technological solutions.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"997\">\n<p data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"997\"><strong data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"997\">\u201cIt has been a very enriching experience. It allowed me to better understand how the company works in different areas, while complementing and strengthening my work as an electronic CAD designer.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1031\">Developing complex solutions<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1229\">Within the CAD\/CAM team, precision and attention to detail are essential. One of the projects Rafael highlights is the development of <strong data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1181\">EIDCOM 701<\/strong>, particularly the <strong data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1228\">UT-H Carrier PCB project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1307\">According to him, this project represented an important technical challenge.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1457\">\n<p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1457\">\u201cIt led me to develop a PCB with a high level of technical complexity, which contributed significantly to my professional growth and development.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1569\">Although the project is currently in its final stages, Rafael believes it has strong potential for the future.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1748\">\n<p data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1748\">\u201cI believe it will have a very positive impact on the business, both because of the technical innovation involved and because of its potential to respond to new market needs.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1785\">The importance of collaboration<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1787\" data-end=\"1885\">Beyond technical expertise, collaboration between teams is essential for achieving strong results.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"2029\">A positive work environment, openness to new ideas and the ability to listen to different perspectives are key factors for effective teamwork.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2144\">\n<p data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2144\">\u201cCollaboration becomes much more effective when there is trust, mutual respect and a well-defined common goal.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2187\">A culture of knowledge and excellence<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2365\">For those considering joining EID, Rafael highlights the company\u2019s <strong data-start=\"2256\" data-end=\"2295\">close and collaborative environment<\/strong>, combined with strong technical competence and a focus on excellence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2367\" data-end=\"2517\">Knowledge sharing, team spirit and professional development are part of the company\u2019s culture, while maintaining high standards of rigour and quality.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2577\">Asked to describe EID in three words, his answer is clear:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2614\"><strong data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2614\">Innovative.
