Between 27 and 31 October, the Training and Commissioning Session of the RoiP Box and the Soldier System took place at the Regimento de Guarni\u00e7\u00e3o No. 2 in Ponta Delgada.<\/p>\n

This initiative marks the completion of the first phase of the tactical communications modernisation in the Azores and Madeira military zones, a significant step towards strengthening the Portuguese Armed Forces\u2019 communication capabilities.<\/p>\n

The EID team, represented by Delfim Veiga and Ricardo Rodrigues, delivered the training and oversaw the operational implementation of the systems, ensuring a smooth transition to service and reinforcing our commitment to supporting the Portuguese Armed Forces with advanced, reliable, and sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n

The closing ceremony was attended by the Deputy Commander of the Unit, as the Commander was attending training in mainland Portugal.<\/p>\n
