On July 9, 2025, EID took part in the Defence Attach\u00e9s\u2019 Industry Day, held at the historic Fort of S\u00e3o Juli\u00e3o da Barra, in Portugal. The event was organised by idD Portugal Defence, with the support of the Portuguese Joint Staff (EMGFA).<\/p>\n

This initiative brought together representatives from the Portuguese Defence Technological and Industrial Base and Defence Attach\u00e9s accredited in Portugal, aiming to strengthen international cooperation and promote national technological capabilities.<\/p>\n

EID had the opportunity to deliver a brief institutional presentation and to engage in bilateral meetings with several foreign Defence Attach\u00e9s. These interactions enabled EID to showcase its expertise in tactical communications and mission-critical systems, while reinforcing its commitment to innovation, technological sovereignty, and international collaboration.<\/p>\n

It was an amazing opportunity to connect with Defence Attach\u00e9s and engage in invaluable discussions, all while surrounded by the rich history of this iconic national place.<\/p>\n

EID extends its sincere thanks to the organisers for the invitation to participate in this important initiative, which plays a key role in strengthening Portugal\u2019s visibility and reputation within the global defence ecosystem.<\/p>\n
