We’re thrilled to share that Peter Lynas, newly appointed to the Board of Directors at Cohort PLC, visited EID yesterday. As a non-executive member, Peter is already contributing to the Audit, Remuneration, and Nominations Committees.<\/p>\n

With a rich background in finance, Peter has held key positions at GEC Marconi and BAE Systems, where he served as Group Finance Director until 2020. His expertise spans financial control, treasury, risk management, M&A, and investor relations.<\/p>\n

Currently, Peter is also a Non-Executive Director at FirstGroup plc and previously at SSE plc from 2014 to 2023.<\/p>\n

During his visit, Peter toured our facilities and engaged deeply with our ongoing projects and operations, reflecting Cohort PLC’s commitment to the growth and success of its subsidiaries.<\/p>\n
