ER-525V Relay Station
The ER-525V 50W radio relay station provides VHF range extension or a gateway between two VHF nets using two PRC-525 combat net radios and two AP-525V 50W VHF power amplifiers in a very robust, transportable enclosure. The system supports all PRC-525 modes, including fixed frequency, digital fixed frequency and fast frequency hopping, providing also voice and data connections up to 72 kbps.
A separate power supply box includes gel batteries charged from the AC mains as well as interfaces to diesel generators and to 300 W solar panels for autonomous operation.
