ICC-201 IP Intercom System
The ICC-201 IP Intercom System is an hardware infrastructure and software applications suite for vehicular and shelter-based communications. Its architecture allows local communication among crew members of armoured vehicles, small vessels or shelters and their access to radio equipment; voice and data communications are supported, either over the air or via copper and optical fibre cable. The ICC-201 allows three concurrent software applications: Intercom for intercommunication between crew members and external parties via radio communication, Radio Gateway for radio integration on military VoIP (Voice over IP) networks and Radio Access Point proving Internet and Voice service to remote radio users. The ICC-201 is compatible with existing combat net radios, supports voice, data, and radio remote control and features active noise cancellation for high quality voice intercom in very noisy environments. The ICC-201 also features Ethernet switching and embedded optional IP routing capability. The system is fully configurable and upgradeable by a software management tool featuring a flexible and user friendly interface. Several types of terminals are available, such as double user and wireless terminals. An active 15W eficient loudspeaker is available for communications monitoring without wear headset. Headsets with active noise reduction and wireless headsets are available for the most demanding applications.
